Shipping & Returns

Items ship out Our ship times are between 6-9 days from the day you placed your order. Monday thru Friday except for Saturday and Sunday as the warehouses are closed and we do not ship out orders on these days. October Through December is our busiest time of the year so orders can take up to 10 days after order is placed except on Saturdays and Sundays as warehouse is closed. Be sure to order 2 weeks ahead of time for any holiday purchases to make sure they arrive prior to holiday or special event as the holiday mail is busy during this of year as well.

The Witches Broom Closet cannot guarantee that items ordered within two weeks of any given holiday or special event will be received prior to said holiday or special event. During such events, UPS and USPS can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances that are of no fault to The Witches Broom Closet. The Witches Broom Closet will not refund shipping fees. Please order items for these events early to avoid shipping delays. *Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day and Day after Christmas The warehouse is closed so family and friends can be with each other on the holidays and allow travel time back you can still place your orders online and when the warehouse reopens your orders will go Through processing the Following business Day

Returns: We will accept the return of damaged shipped merchandise if notification is within 24 hrs of receipt. We will issue Credit to your account or refund you when item is received back to us. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. * All Sales Final . An order cannot be canceled once it is placed. * Please take all major holidays & weekends into consideration. Once shipped, orders may take 1-10 business days for delivery within the U.S. and we are not responsible for any shipping delays due to the postal service * Immediate payment required at time of checkout.

Orders are shipped out Monday thru Friday.Packages are shipped by UPS USPS and Fed Ex to the United States and can take up to (7-10 business days) for delivery after package is shipped),except for Sister SpellBinder personal line of products are shipped out 1 to 3 business days after order is received as these are shipped out separately from warehouse Sister SpellBinders Oils are shipped separately from all other warehouses so they ship out in their own separate packages by Sister SpellBinder herself not from Warehouses.

Return Policy:

Please note, in some US States Athames (as they are considered knives, may be seized in shipment, The Witches Broom Closet is not responsible for items that are seized.

Other Returns and return to sender or refused package shipments- Purchaser will be responsible to pay the shipping and insurance fees.
